Next EON – a new name has emerged in the real estate developing industry by a group of professional Architects and Engineers with years of experience in designing and building in various sectors of Bangladesh construction industry.

Architect Nazmul Hassan and Architect Khalid Ahmed Khan are leading the board as Chairman and Managing Director respectively since the inception of the company in 2018.

Both of them were graduated from BUET and established the firm Neoformation Architects in 1997 to start their career in Building design. Marking due success in this sector they have taken the challenge to establish Next Spaces ltd. in 2004 with the inclusion of Engineer B C Roy, which is one of the most dynamic construction company in Bangladesh.

They have become forerunner by introducing modern technology in different sectors of construction and which eventually resulted with the shining experience in performing successfully in some of the very prestigious projects like Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant, Rampal MSTPP, Dhaka MRT, BRAC University new Campus & BSMMU Hospital Extension as specialist contractor. Its worth mentioning that Next Eon Board member Mr. Roy is also a BUET graduate having 30 years vast experience under his belt working both in Bangladesh and abroad for various multinational companies.

We intended to utilize our vast experience and technological advantages in the real estate sector with the relentless effort to redefine perfect solutions of the home in a busy city life of Dhaka. We want to develop the projects doing due justice to its own merit by setting the best possible standard to meet the desire of the clients who will not be required to do additional investment to uplift the facilities to match their own standard.

We treat our landowners as a partner of the project and our main objective is not only to maximize the gain for the landowner but also helping them to define the profile of the project in such a manner that it appears as reintroduction of the property rather than losing the possession to an unknown entity.

In this endeavor Next Eon started its journey with another founder board member Arch. Saiful Alam, who is also a BUET graduate and having an experience of completing more than 20 residential apartment projects in his career.
